I media stanno inneggiando da settimane alle presunte "novità" provenienti dal Mondo Arabo, novità che consisterebbero in quelle inedite esperienze che sono i co lpi di Stato militari. Ma, più di tutte, la situazione della Libia ha assunto i contorni del déjà vu, di una vicenda già vissuta nei minimi dettagli.
